PACT is seeking applicants for Head Start Teacher’s Aide for their center located in Beardstown. The Aide position is full-time, part-year, with summers off.  This teacher’s aide position may include bus monitor duties for the classroom routes. You must be 19 years of age or older and have your high school diploma or GED.  It also requires that you meet one of the two minimum requirements below:

1. Enrolled in a program leading to an associate or baccalaureate degree;  or
2. Possess a current preschool CDA or be enrolled in the CDA process with completion within 2 years.

Benefits include paid holidays, personal leave, sick time, 2-week winter break, life insurance, and affordable health, vision, and dental insurance. Starting pay is $16.96 per hour.
